How do I attend the Yu‑Gi‑Oh! World Championship 2025 as a Spectator?

You will need to enter the Spectator Raffle during the application period to win a Spectator Pass. Only individuals who have successfully won their Spectator Pass via the Yu‑Gi‑Oh! NEURON App ("NEURON") for the Yu‑Gi‑Oh! World Championship 2025 ("WCS 2025") may attend.

How do I reserve my place to spectate the Yu‑Gi‑Oh! World Championship 2025?

Those wishing to attend must enter the Spectator Raffle via the Yu‑Gi‑Oh! NEURON App during the application period.
The Yu‑Gi‑Oh! NEURON App is free to download.

How do I apply?

The raffle is available only to those who have the NEURON App, linked to their My KONAMI ID, and who have filled in their personal information on my.konami.net.
If you do not have NEURON, please see "How do I get the NEURON App" below.

How do I get the NEURON App?

The Yu‑Gi‑Oh! NEURON App is available via the Google Play Store, and the Apple App Store. The Yu‑Gi‑Oh! NEURON App is free to download.

How do I link My KONAMI ID to the NEURON App?

You will find a guide on linking your KONAMI ID HERE

Where do I enter my personal information in My KONAMI?

Navigate to this page, log into your account and select "Personal Information".
To enter the raffle, you will need to ensure you have filled all information in, such as your First (Given) and Last (Family) Name, your address, your date of birth, your email address, and your phone number.

Your information will need to match when you enter the Spectator Pass Raffle via NEURON, or else your application will be rejected. Please make sure to check your information before applying.

Is there any other way outside of the Raffle that I can get a Spectator Pass?

No. Those wishing to attend must enter the Spectator Pass Raffle during the application period via the Yu‑Gi‑Oh! NEURON App.

What will you do with my personal information that I provided as part of my Spectator Pass Raffle application?

The information provided is primarily used to ensure Spectator Passes go to eligible fans of the Yu‑Gi‑Oh! Card Game, and to prevent the re-selling of the free Spectator Passes. You will need to bring Photo ID that matches the information provided to access the venue.

How much does the Spectator Pass cost?

The Spectator Pass is free. And the Yu‑Gi‑Oh! NEURON App is free to download.

Can I enter both the Saturday and Sunday Spectator Pass Raffle?

Yes, you may enter either, or both days.

If I win the Saturday Spectator Pass, can I go on Sunday?

Spectator Passes are allocated for specific days and cannot be exchanged. You will need to have also applied for and won a Spectator Pass for Sunday to attend.

How do I confirm my place if I win the Spectator Pass Raffle?

Raffle results will be announced via the Yu‑Gi‑Oh! NEURON App. Further instructions on confirming your place will be included in the notification.

What countries may participate in the Spectator Pass Raffle?

If I am not from Europe or Oceania and I want to enter the Yu‑Gi‑Oh! World Championship Spectator Pass Raffle, how can I apply?

NEURON IDs outside of the countries listed above are unable to enter the Spectator Raffle. The Spectator Pass Raffle system is only available to NEURON IDs in listed European and Oceanic regions (please check Here for the eligible country list ).

I am based in Italy, how can I apply?

Due to Italian regulations, a different system must be set up for Italian residents to claim a spectator seat for the WCS 2025. A number of seats have been reserved for this purpose and the separate system will be announced at a later date. Please follow one of our Social Media channels on either X, Instagram or Facebook for updates.

My Neuron ID is suspended at the moment, can I enter the Spectator Pass Raffle?

No. Suspended players are not eligible to enter Spectator Pass Raffle.

If I won a Spectator Pass, can I bring a guest with me?

No. Spectator Passes are valid for the raffle winners only and do not include a guest or companion. We encourage that your guest or companion also enter the Spectator Raffle during the application period.

I don't have Yu‑Gi‑Oh! NEURON installed, can I still apply to spectate?

No. The Spectator Pass Raffle applications are only available via Yu‑Gi‑Oh! NEURON.

I am under 18, can I participate in the raffle?

No. Only persons 18 and over may participate in the raffle.

I am under 18 but I will be 18 when the event happens? Can I enter?

No. The Spectator Pass Raffle is only available to those aged 18 or over at the time of the raffle.

Can my legal guardian enter the raffle for me?

No. Entries can only be made by the person associated with the Yu‑Gi‑Oh! NEURON account, and the passes are non-transferable.

Can I enter the Spectator Pass Raffle multiple times?

Each individual may only enter each of the raffles (1 for the Master Duel and Duel Links Finals on Saturday 30th August, and 1 for the TCG Finals on Sunday 31st of August) one (1) time with one (1) NEURON ID. Additional entries will invalidate your entry.

Can I use a different NEURON ID than the one I used for the raffle?

No. The raffle win is only valid for the NEURON ID that was used to enter the raffle. If you are present at the WCS 2025 with another NEURON ID on your Yu‑Gi‑Oh! NEURON App, your entry will be invalidated.

If I win the Spectator Pass Raffle, can I transfer it to another Duelist?

No. Spectator Pass Raffle wins are non-transferable.

Can I sell the Spectator Pass I won?

No. Spectator Pass for the Yu‑Gi‑Oh! World Championship Series event is non-transferable.

Can I transfer my registration to someone else?

No. Spectator Pass for the Yu‑Gi‑Oh! World Championship Series event is non-transferable.

What information do I need to prepare when I enter the Spectator Pass Raffle?

You will need to ensure you have your Yu‑Gi‑Oh! NEURON app linked to your My KONAMI account.
You must have also completed your personal information in your My KONAMI account.

Can I buy a Spectator Pass at the door?

Spectator Passes will not be for sale on-site.

Do Spectator Passes allow me to play in any Public Events?

Spectator Passes grant entry to the World Championships 2025 Final events only, and only for the allocated day.

Does KONAMI provide travel support alongside my Spectator Pass?

No. KONAMI will not provide paid travel or accommodation for individuals who won a Spectator Pass for the Yu‑Gi‑Oh! World Championship 2025 via the Spectator Raffle.

I don't want to provide personal information, what should I do?

You must fill out your personal information in My KONAMI to partake in the Spectator Raflle. The Spectator Pass Raffle will take place on the Yu‑Gi‑Oh! NEURON account that is linked to your My KONAMI account. Please see “Raffle T&Cs” on this page for further information.

If I registered and can no longer attend, can I get a refund?

We regret that we are unable to cancel purchases or issue "refunds" for the free Spectator Pass. Spectator Passes and the participation gifts are non-transferrable. KONAMI will not be liable in the event that you are not able to collect/enjoy your Event Participation gifts for reasons beyond KONAMI’s reasonable control.

Will there be a second raffle to apply for the Spectator Pass?

No. However, if there are cancellations of Spectator Passes or winners who are unable to confirm attendance, we may have a replacement re-draw of NEURON accounts who were unsuccessful in the first draw. This will only apply to individuals who applied to the Spectator Raffle during the application period. Please follow our social media accounts on either X, Instagram or Facebook for future announcements of a possible re-draw.

How can I cancel my Spectator Pass?

Winners of the Spectator Pass will be required to confirm their participation with the Event Agency (Breakflip) supporting the WCS 2025.
Winners of the Spectator Passes will be informed how to cancel their Spectator Pass via the email address associated with their My Konami account. Please make sure to keep that information in your account up to date at the time of entering the raffle.

What if I lost my Spectator Pass?

Your Spectator Pass will be linked to your NEURON account. Duelists must have their Yu‑Gi‑Oh! NEURON app installed and be logged in at the time of the event with the same CARD GAME ID as used to enter the raffle.

How can I get the participation gift?

Gifts will be handed out to attendees as they leave the venue after the final match of the day has completed.
Attendees will not be permitted re-entry after leaving the venue once the Final match has completed on that day.

I won a Spectator Pass, but I am unable to attend, can I get my participation gift even if I cannot go to the venue?

Any participation gifts are only available to those who attend the event in person.

Can I go to the Public Events even I do not get a Spectator Pass?

Public Events entry is not associated with the Spectator Pass Raffle. Please follow our social media accounts on either X, Instagram or Facebook for future announcements on Public Events.

Am I able to re-enter the venue?

Yes, you may leave and gain re-entry to the venue. Please be sure to keep any entry passes on your person, as well as photo ID which may be required for re-entry.
Attendees will not be permitted re-entry after the final match has been completed for that day.

What will I need to bring to the Yu‑Gi‑Oh!World Championship 2025?

You should bring your Smart device with your Yu‑Gi‑Oh! NEURON app intalled, as well as a form of photo ID . You’ll also need some money for your incidentals (food, drinks, etc.).

Will KONAMI and/or any affliate partners/agencies film or take photography at these events?

Yes, by entering the premise of this event you agree to the following:

When you enter a Yu‑Gi‑Oh! event or program, you are entering an area where photography, audio, and video recording may occur. By entering the event premises, you consent to photography, audio recording, interviews, video recording and its/their release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for promotional purposes, webcasts, telecasts, advertising, inclusion on websites, social media, or any other purpose by KONAMI, its affiliates and representatives. Images, photos and/or videos may be used to promote Yu‑Gi‑Oh! or KONAMI events in the future, to highlight the event and promote Yu‑Gi‑Oh! and KONAMI properties.

You release KONAMI, its employees, representatives and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitizing, or publication and use of photographs, computer images, video and/or sound recordings. By entering the event premises, you waive any rights you may have to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with any use, exhibition, streaming, web casting, televising, or other publication of these materials, regardless of the purpose or sponsoring of such use, exhibiting, broadcasting, web casting, or other publication, irrespective of whether a fee for admission or sponsorship is charged.

You also waive any right to inspect or approve any photo, video, or audio recording taken by KONAMI, its agents or representatives. You have been fully informed of your consent, waiver of liability and release before entering the event.

Will there be breaks during the tournament?

Yes, there will be short intervals in between tournaments. However, be aware that the schedule is subject to change depending on the length of a match.

What are the attendee gifts for the Yu‑Gi‑Oh! World Championship Series 2025?

I may need assistance while attending the Yu‑Gi‑Oh! World Championship 2025 due to a disability or recent injury, what should I do?

You will be asked to confirm your attendance as a Spectator via email by our partner agency, Breakflip. Please make them aware of your concerns during this process so that you can be provided with a comfortable Spectator experience.
If you require assigned seating on site, please notify a staff member at the Customer Service desk.

Will there be vendors on site so I can buy single cards and supplies and sell my cards?

There will not be single card vendors present at the Yu‑Gi‑Oh! World Championship 2025.

Can I buy and sell from other people at the event?

Duelists are not allowed to buy or sell from one another at Yu‑Gi‑Oh! World Championship Series venues. If you do so, you risk incurring penalties, including being removed from the event.

Buying and selling includes all items, not just cards or gaming supplies.

Attendees may not solicit business, hand out flyers, etc., while at the venue.

The Tournament Organiser reserves the right to limit the number of cards that can be brought into the venue for trading.

Are there any items I am not allowed to bring to the tournament?

Attendees may not bring any items into the tournament venue that are prohibited by law in their area (local, state, or federal). In addition, unlawful items/transactions, weapons of any kind, and substance drugs which may be illegal on a local, state, and/or federal level, are not allowed at Sanctioned/Official events. Attendees who bring any such items to a tournament venue will be refused entry (or removed). In addition, penalties, and risk suspension from KDE Organised Play.

The use of electronic and/or vapor cigarettes is not permitted on the tournament floor at any Sanctioned/Official events, or in areas designated for tournament attendees.

Are there any changing rooms available?

No.

What if I lost an item at the tournament?

Duelists are responsible for looking after their own belongings at the event. KONAMI, Tournament Organisers, Staff, and Judges bear no responsibility for, and cannot be held liable for, any loss, theft or damage to the person or personal property of any attendee.

The Tournament Organiser is required to keep lost and found items for at least 60 days after the conclusion of the Event. Duelists who lost items should seek the Lost & Found on-site. If the item is not found on-site, Duelists are encouraged to contact the Tournament Organiser within the 60-day period on the chance the lost item has been turned in.

Is there public Wi-Fi in the venue?

There is no public use Wi-Fi at the venue.

Can I smoke or vape at the venue?

The 2025 WCS event has a strict no alcohol and no smoking policy in the venue.
This includes the use of e-cigerettes, vapes, and other similar items.

Attendees will need to leave the venue to smoke, they may re-enter the venue as long as associated passes are shown upon re-entry, please also keep photo ID on your person at all time as this may be required at re-entry. Please be aware that attendees will not be permitted re-entry after the final match has completed on that day.

Can I drink alcohol at the venue?

Alcohol will not be available in the venue. Alcohol will not be allowed to be brought in the venue.

Can I take photos or videos during the tournament?

Attendees may take pictures and film within the public areas of the WCS 2025.
We ask that anyone taking photos or recording are mindful of obsucring the view of other attendees present.
