Important Notes

• Under any circumstances, if any misconduct is verified, the participant will immediately forfeit their eligibility to participate in this event.
• Any form of exchanging, transferring, or attempting to transfer participation rights is strictly prohibited. Upon discovery, the participant will be disqualified immediately.
• After winning a Shop Qualifier, if a participant joins or reserves a spot in another Shop Qualifier held during the same period, they will be disqualified.
• Participation in this event requires a KONAMI ID (hereinafter referred to as “ID”). Each participant is permitted to hold only one ID. If any transfer of an ID to a third party is discovered, it will be deemed misconduct, and the participant will lose their eligibility to compete in the Regional Representative Tournament.
• If any unsportsmanlike conduct that may damage the credibility of this event or the Yu Gi Oh! franchise is observed at the venue, outside the venue, or on social media platforms (SNS), the organizer reserves the right to revoke the participant’s eligibility at its sole discretion.
If any actions in violation of applicable laws or regulations are discovered, the organizer reserves the right to suspend or cancel the event at its discretion.
• OCG Segment:
Only Yu-Gi-Oh! Official Card Game cards in Japanese, English Edition for Asia, and Traditional Chinese are permitted for use. The use of other language versions or non-official cards is strictly prohibited.
• English Edition for Asia Segment:
Only Yu-Gi-Oh! Official Card Game cards from the English Edition for Asia are permitted for use. The use of other language versions or non-official cards is strictly prohibited.
• Eligibility for representative status in the Regional Representative Tournament is limited to participants who hold the nationality of the corresponding region.
• If issues arise during a duel regarding communication or match progression, penalties may be imposed or the participant may be disqualified, depending on the circumstances.
• Participants must complete the application for a KONAMI Card Game ID and finish WEB member registration in order to take part in this event.
• Participants with incomplete member registration information will not be allowed to participate.
• If any registered information is missing, incomplete, or inaccurate, participation eligibility may be revoked. Participants are responsible for verifying the accuracy of their registered information in advance.
The dates, times, and locations of Shop Qualifiers may be changed or cancelled without prior notice.
• The local organizing or authorized agency may conduct photo and video recordings inside and outside the venue for event documentation, promotional, and advertising purposes. Such recordings may include participants’ likenesses and may be published in magazines, official websites, or other media. By participating, attendees acknowledge and consent to this in advance.
