There are 2 WCQ: European Championship events taking place:
- 2018 WCQ: European Championship (“Main Event”)
- 2018 WCQ: European Dragon Duel Championship (“Dragon Duel”)
Players eligible to compete in the 2018 WCQ: European Championship:
- Players who earned a qualification at a 2018 WCQ: National Championship.
- Players who earned a qualification at a 2018 WCQ: Regional Qualifier.
- Top 4 players from 2017 WCQ: European Championship.
- Top 32 players from YCS Rimini 2017.
- Top 32 players from YCS London 2017.
- Top 32 players from YCS Prague II 2017.
- Top 32 players from YCS Bochum 2018.
- Players who earned a qualification at a European Championship Last-Chance Qualifier.
Players eligible to compete in the 2018 WCQ: European Dragon Duel Championship:
- All players born in 2005 or later.
People wishing to compete in the 2018 WCQ: European Dragon Duel Championship do not need to earn a qualification spot from a previous event
